Our services include access to coaching programs, learning modules, video content, downloadable resources, AI chat interfaces, and interactive features. Program Purchases: When you purchase access to the Platform to host your digital twin, you agree to pay all applicable setup and monthly fees.
LifeSuccess.ai may offer promotional codes, including the "Founder's Code." These codes are distributed exclusively by founding members (Paul Martinelli, Rick Walker, Holli Walker, Lisa Chastain, Holly Martinelli) and are intended for their referrals. By using the Founder's Code, you agree to the following revenue-sharing arrangement:
Subscription Fees: When you subscribe to interact with a Coach's digital twin or access their programs, you agree to pay the stated monthly subscription fee (e.g., $97/month).
Billing: All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (e.g., Stripe). You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change at any time. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.
Refund Policy: Refunds are provided strictly at our discretion and must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Digital content or AI agent configurations that have been accessed or generated may not be eligible for refunds.
Informational Purposes Only: All content, coaching, AI interactions, and materials provided on LifeSuccess.ai are for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.
Not Therapy or Medical Advice: LifeSuccess.ai, its founders, its AI agents, and the coaches on the Platform are NOT licensed medical professionals, therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or financial advisors. The services provided do not constitute medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
No Substitute for Professional Care: The Platform is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or experienced on the Platform.
Assumption of Risk: You agree that you are fully responsible for your own well-being, choices, and decisions before, during, and after using the Platform. You use the Platform and its coaching services entirely at your own risk.
Our Content: All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, videos, software, AI models, and training data, is the property of LifeSuccess.ai or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or scrape any part of our services, AI agents, or content without explicit written permission.

Data Consent and Visibility: By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that certain information you provide (including your public profile, coaching niche, and related public data) may be visible to paying customers, clients, and other users site-wide. You consent to this sharing of information as part of the Platform's core functionality to connect coaches with clients.
LifeSuccess.ai facilitates connections between coaches and clients and provides AI tools to assist in that process. However, LifeSuccess.ai is NOT responsible for the quality, accuracy, or effectiveness of coaching services provided by individual coaches. The coaching relationship is directly between you and the coach. Coaches are independent professionals, not employees or agents of LifeSuccess.ai. We do not control or endorse the specific advice given by coaches. Any disputes arising from coaching services must be resolved directly with the coach.
No Warranty: The Platform and all AI services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or achieve any specific personal or financial results.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifeSuccess.ai, its founders, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of LifeSuccess.ai exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid LifeSuccess.ai, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LifeSuccess.ai, its founders, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
